The Executive Summary

Vive Entertainment Enterprises, LLC (VEE) is a woman owned organization that will be backbone to all types of talents, youths and those wanting to achieve in life. VEE will provide opportunities to anyone who needs it. We will have different departments for age groups/learning capabilities. All departments, though specializing in different aspects of the business, will still working together.

Owners

CEO: Fendi “London B” Williams is a caring and talented individual who continues to strive for the advancement of the business. She has a go-getter spirit and a make-it-happen mind. She, too, has had much success in the entertainment field. She has a sportive and acting background with education in each. She has taken part in all types of acting, including television, poetry, modeling, event hosting, promotional events, professional interviews, mentorship, creating comedic skits, making Youtube and Instagram skits, writing poetry, and excellent customer assistance.

CEO: Amoni B is a motivated entrepreneur who has given most of her life to be social responsible as well as taking part in the beauty, fashion and entertainment fields. Amoni B has a background in the following: community service & volunteering; mentorship; engineering; published modeling, includin promotional; modern dance; makeup artistry; radio; theatre and television; creating websites & blogging; making YouTube videos skits; seam-stressing, creating handbags, and managing a musical talent.

THEN

Before corporation, Vive Entertainment Enterprises, LLC was known as Vive Entertainment. Vive Entertainment was started in the winter of 2012 solely at the expense of the owners. After seeing the drive of Amoni B, a young man, Maurice Holden, better known as Moe Dollaz of Next Level Squad, believed she should become his manager. At first Amoni B was hesitant, because she didn’t know the business, but agreed. Under Vive Entertainment Amoni B managed, promoted, and created almost everything for Moe Dollaz. Knowing her father and uncle had their share in the music business some years ago, she sought help. Her uncle told her some details about the business and books to read. A management company was a great idea, but she wanted to incorporate all of her interest. Her sister, Fendi "London B" Williams also began to manage an artist by the name of Jay. The decided to sit down and map out there next step. The can do skits like they did when they were kids.

On the day of formation Amoni B and London B created a comedy skit in Maryland under their new entertainment company. From then on they managed and promoted Moe Dollaz and Jay. They expanded in November 2012 by created a group and assisting in model development under the group Label Us Models. Through Making Every Talent Aspire (The META Program also known as the metamorphosis), a program that was created to develop the artist and models, progress was documented verbally and written. Not only did Label Us Models help with the musical artists’ video shoots, but Label Us Models catered to needs of businesses like Chance 11 Bar & Lounge, Love & Fashion Entertainment, and various others in need of talent and community service workers.

NOW

As of August 2013, Vive Entertainment Enterprises, LLC (VEE) was incorporated in New York with 200 shares. Vive Entertainment Enterprises, LLC works along side Ode 2 Brooklyn with Sade "Ashley" McClendon creating a series of unique event for the talented individuals of the urban communities, mainly Brooklyn, NY. Vive Entertainment Enterprises, LLC will be revamped. VEE will supply internships to those who want to expand their creativity or want learn more for their career. VEE will incorporate education, media technologies, and consumer entertainment. For the first two years Vive Entertainment Enterprises will focus on educational and recreational programs in the arts and the creation of educational films. VEE will give scholarships to those continuing education in the creative fields. VEE will support startups in the art & entertainment fields. VEE will also create events to showcase awareness of the company while showcasing and collaborating talent. Breaching Bridges, Created by London, will start as a web based magazine with a future to be printed. The focal point of The magazine will be entertainment news in the NYC area.

FUTURE

The future of Vive Entertainment Enterprises includes: fashion, managing talent, various film genres, education and recreation programs, a web-based magazine (Breaching Bridges), and everything in between. Current investors include the owners and family of the owners.

The companies also included in Vive Entertainment are Label Us Models (model development & booking) and Breaching Bridges (a future entertainment publication).
